How do I book staff?
Request staff online, call 0333 014 4084.
Are your staff checked?
Yes – identity, right to work, enhanced DBS, references, training and NMC or GMC registration. You can see each worker's checks in the app.
For families
Are you registered with the CQC?
Yes – UK Instant Services Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission for personal care (provider ID 1-3750285113, location ID 1-3937301061).
How much does home care cost?

Can families get visit updates?
Yes – every visit is checked in by GPS and recorded with care notes and medication records, and your care coordinator keeps you updated.
