Gender pay gap statement

UK Instant Services Ltd, trading as Instant Healthcare UK, is committed to equal pay for equal work and to fair treatment for everyone who works with us.

Our approach

• Pay set by role, not by person – the same pay rates apply to every worker in the same role, shift type and setting, whatever their gender.
• Transparent rates – workers see the rate for each shift before they accept it in our Ronove app.
• Fair access to work – shifts are offered on skills, availability and location.
• Flexible working – staff choose the shifts and hours that fit their lives, which supports parents and carers.
• Training and progression open to all, including mandatory training and support with professional registration.

Gender pay gap reporting

Employers with 250 or more employees on the snapshot date must publish their gender pay gap figures each year on the government's gender pay gap service. We will publish our figures there, and on this page, whenever we are required to.
