Consistent carers
Familiar faces where possible.
Familiar routines and consistent carers help people living with dementia stay calm and comfortable at home.
Staying at home can help someone living with dementia feel secure. We aim to send the same small group of carers so the person knows who is coming, and we build routines around their day, interests and preferences.
We begin with a free assessment, agree a care plan with the person and their family, and review it as needs change. Visits can be short check-ins or longer hours, and live-in care is an option for round-the-clock support. Carers record visits in our digital care records, and your care coordinator keeps the family informed.

Updates from a named care coordinator.
Yes. Many people receive dementia care at home through visits or live-in care, with the plan adjusted as needs change.
We aim for consistency and keep a small team where we can, so the person gets to know their carers.
