Building a Better Recruitment Service
Instant Healthcare UK is one of the fastest growing specialist recruitment agencies in the UK. Established in 2010 to provide a fast, responsive and reliable recruitment service in the social care sector, we soon launched our criminal justice and healthcare divisions, before expanding into nursing in 2013. In 2016, we launched new divisions to cater to the emerging Life Sciences, Vets and Engineering & Logistics markets, followed by a Dentistry division in 2017.
Our mission has always been to build a better recruitment service. For too long candidates have received a substandard level of service, late payments and little or no support, while employers are left to sift through candidates who are not vetted, properly qualified or ready to work.
We’re committed to providing a friendly, hassle-free service which is underpinned by honesty, integrity and attention to detail. We make sure our candidates have new contracts ready and waiting when their current role ends, and use unique payroll, compliance and referencing systems to deliver a fast, efficient service to our clients.
Getting to know you
There’s more to recruitment than a quick telephone call before sending the candidate off for an interview. We take the time to get to know our candidates and clients to find their perfect match.
We use our extensive nationwide database to identify exclusive opportunities to further our candidates’ careers. We also search the whole market, using our unique Smart Search candidate generation software, to present only the highest calibre of candidate to our clients.
